Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Voxt: AI Transcribe & Summary ("Voxt"), published by Anil Kurdal. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the app; if these terms conflict with it, Apple's EULA prevails for matters it covers.

1. The service

Voxt transcribes audio and video, and produces summaries, translations and answers to questions about your transcripts using AI. Cloud features are measured in minutes: cloud transcription uses the real duration of your file (rounded up to the next minute) and each AI action (summary, translation, chat question) uses 1 minute. New users receive free minutes, and you may be offered optional rewarded ads for additional minutes. Allowances may change for future periods; the current ones are shown in the app.

2. Subscriptions (Voxt Pro)

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload content you have no right to use, or record people without any consent legally required; upload or request unlawful content, content that sexually exploits minors, or content that harasses, defames or infringes the rights of others; try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or bypass limits (we apply rate and daily usage limits); share or resell access; or use the service to build a competing product. We may refuse requests, limit usage or block devices that abuse the service.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your audio, transcripts and other content. You grant us a limited licence to process it (including with the providers named in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide the service to you. Uploaded audio is deleted automatically after 90 days.

5. AI output disclaimer

Transcripts, summaries, translations and chat answers are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, misattributions or inappropriate content. Accuracy depends on audio quality, accents, background noise and language. Do not rely on Voxt output for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-stakes decisions without checking the original. Voxt does not identify speakers.

6. Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted, limited or changed. If a transcription fails, the minutes reserved for it are returned. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Voxt in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Voxt at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
